First, I LOVE salsa. It's important to me that salsa tastes like salsa first. My salsa is that. You will get the great taste of salsa, the spices, then the heat. I use fresh vegetables in every batch. I use canned tomatoes due to state regulations and the difficulty of getting tomatoes year round.
